A couple of years ago, I took a card making class at a local craft store. I was instantly hooked! I had big plans of teaching people how to do this, but how? Take out ads in the paper? Well, I must have been living on another planet because I had never even heard of Stampin’ UP or its products until I started visiting different sites on the internet. I purchased some products and instantly fell in love! There’s a company that not only makes fabulous, high quality stamps, but makes coordinating paper and inks?! This was too good to be true!
I quickly signed on to be a hobby demo, but it soon hit me that I could make some money doing something I love! Now, mind you, I had never been to a workshop, stamp camp, nothing, so this would take some trial and error! It didn’t happen over night, but I now have 2 stamping clubs going and am holding classes outside of those clubs. I look forward to venturing into workshops and eventually recruiting. I’ve always said that if/when I go back to work outside of the home, it will be doing something I love. That’s exactly what I have done with Stampin’ UP!
What will your Stampin' UP (or even any creativity) story be?
Have you ever thought (dreamed) about doing a job you LOVE?
Do you want to sign on just to get a discount? That's okay!
Do you want to contribute to your family's income? Pay off credit card debt? Take a family trip?
What is holding you back from becoming a demonstrator? How could your family benefit?
Do you have any comments/questions/concerns that I can address?
Here's "my why" for being a demonstrator....
I want to be successful in my Stampin' UP business so I can contribute to my family earnings, support my child's extra-curricular activities, build life-long friendships, and be free of credit card debt within a year, all while doing something I love!
Have you ever thought of becoming a demonstrator? Why? I'd love to hear your story!

ReplyDeleteI loved reading your Stampin' Up! story and why. It was inspiring and got me motivated to write my own story and why. And funny thing, we have very similar goals: supporting kids' activities, paying off credit card debt and building life-long relationships. I also have a daughter going to college in ONLY 2 years!!! I could definitely contribute to that savings account.
Best of luck with your Stampin' Up! career ~
